After viewing the purchased tab in app store, my pfp will change into one of my family member's iCloud pics.
This of course isn't the end of the World, as functionality isn't impacted. But it's still a little annoying.

I’ve been having this exact same issue for the last year or so and have been unsuccessful in fixing the problem entirely. My profile picture consistently displays my second Apple ID profile picture, which is in a Family Sharing plan with my main Apple ID, in the App Store. However, sometimes, if I go into Settings> [Name]> Edit, and update my profile picture, it fixes the issue temporarily.
