Mobile data says connected but cannot connect to the internet unless on WI-FI

I have checked that Mobile Data is on, toggled on and off, airplane mode toggled on then off, powered off and on, did software updates, taken out the sim and replaced it, and reset network settings. My iPhone 14 says it is connected to Mobile Data but I cannot connect to anything on Safari and none of the apps appear to be working without me connecting to WiFi. What next? Is there another setting that might not allow me connect?

With all the troubleshooting you've tried, it's starting to sound like it's an issue with your cellular network, not the phone.


If you haven't already, you can try to restore your iPhone using a Mac or PC, set the phone up as new and see if the issue persists.


Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support


If the issue's still there, you can contact Apple support to have them run diagnostics to check if your hardware is failing. If they say everything's good, then you'll need to contact your cellular carrier for further support.
