Since updating my MAC mini to 14.0 Sonoma I no longer can print from my eBay app.

Updated MAC mini to Sonoma 14.0 now my eBay app crashes when I print an invoice or a mail label. Is there a solution?

Successfully Printing After an Update:

A. Troubleshooting a Closing App:

Go here: If an App on your Mac Stops Responding, Closes Unexpectedly, or won’t Open - Apple Support

B. Reinstall the Printer Drivers:

Having just installed the macOS, see if you need to resin tall the printer drivers. Contact the Manufacturer, asking the for assistance for finding the correct ones. Using a chat box on the Manufacturer's Home Screen may do just fine.
