I am changing phone both with same carrier. But when I try to set up 2 nd phone with 1st phones SIM card . It say I need to have cell phone unlocked . And ideas?

Getting Around a Carrier Locked Cell:
Seems you need to remove a Carrier lock. So, take this to your carrier, and have them unlock this.
