How to View the Battery Health Percentage:

1. Go To: Settings
2. Tap: Battery
3. Tap: Battery Health
4. View: [the percentage]

If you had the battery replaced in your iPhone anywhere other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider, you cannot see battery health, ever again. So did you have your battery replaced by someone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider?
