Turn off APP STORE Suggestions

Dear Apple,

First off, a suggestion tab is nothing new, and I’m not against it if it does offer me suggestions I’m interested in.

However the App Store suggestions tab doesn’t do that.

I get that making a suggestions tab that caters to everyone perfectly is very hard, but suggesting me apps that I have ALREADY reviewed as 1 star REPEATEDLY is pushing the limits of believability.

All in all, is there any way to turn that thing off?
