Why am I only getting two bars on my phone
when I am in an email and want to go to a link it goes to the page which is blank then it just goes back to the email without opening the link

Hi Tickpar,
To see if your iPhone is not opening a link from your email, here are some isolation steps you can try:
- If you are opening it only connected to cellular, make sure the app is allowed to use cellular by going to Settings > Cellular > [App] and that the web browser is turned on View or change cellular data settings on iPhone.
- Test opening another website with the same browser.
- If another website works, there might be an issue with the link you are trying to access.
3. If you think it is because of how many bars you have for cellular, try opening to link when connected to Wi-Fi to isolate if it is the cellular connection or the webpage. Connect iPhone to the internet.
If you are unable to isolate this, reply back with your findings along with the web browser you are using.
