It is normal for Battery Health to decline an average of about 1% a month, so if your iPhone is 3 months old, the Battery Health should be about 97% at this time.

Your battery is doing very well........significantly better than average.

Congratulations on your good luck.

If you've only lost 1% in Battery Health in 3 months, your iPhone battery is doing great! In general, Battery Health can decline 1% per month of ownership. Please understand that batteries are consumable parts. With every battery charge, the health of your battery will decline little by little. When Battery Health declines to 80% or less (which is a long way off for you), it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery. Until then, stop worrying about something you cannot change and understand that your Battery Health will continue to decline as that's what batteries do. ALL BATTERIES.

Anything is possible, but it's not the norm. No two iPhones are used in the exact same way, nor do all iPhones actually hold the exact same charge. Some batteries can actually hold a bit more than the rated maximum. In other words, they could have started with a higher maximum capacity out of the box, so it will take longer for a battery to show battery health decline. But show it they will at some point.

well received, thank you. and one more question It’s possible that some iPhone are used mostly a year but still 100% battery life?

Well, if the phone was only used a few minutes each week, I suppose it it possible that the Battery Health might remain at close to 100% after a year.

Most of the rest of us will be replacing the battery after 2-3 years of use, when the Battery Health is down to 80%.
