I clicked “Leave this conversation” then clicked the following “Leave this conversation” prompt and it says I left the conversation in the chat but Im still getting messages from it.

It is possible that someone in the group message added you back: Add and remove people in group text messages on your iPhone or iPad.
You can leave the group again or mute new messages following these instructions: Leave a group text.

I tried to leave a group chat and it says I left the conversation but Im still getting messages from it.
