Wondering what happens when you try ... or what the error message says ... and what you have already tried.
(We do not have much info. to go on here.)
You can try re-starting your iPhone (deletes temporary files, and re-establishes connections etc.
Will often restore order if something is not working.) Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

✽ If it is on, you might want to try turning Low Power Mode off : go to Settings > Battery.
(You can also turn Low Power Mode on and off from Control Center.
Go to Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls, then select Low Power Mode to add it to Control Center.)
✽ If you haven't already: You may want to try updating your iOS to the latest version:
eg: About iOS 17 Updates - Apple Support says iOS 17.0.3 is the newest version.
✽ You can try checking with your wi-fi provider, or restarting your wi-fi / modem / router.
