Why was my genuine and urgent iCloud for PC app support query deleted?

If iCloud for PC app tags all my user files in my Windows PC as marked 'deleted' instantly upon installation, as appears to have occured (data recovery software indicates this), but then failed to upload to iCloud (which I didn't want, and is the only possible explanation I can come up with at present), why is it reasonable to delete a genuine support query about how to get all that data restored safely?

I have lost access to, literally, all of my user files. I'm not certain of getting them all back. If the app is such a liability, perhaps Apple could own up to this and do some work on it to mitigate this happening in future, while ALSO supporting me in resolving the issue so my data is returned. Deleting my query though as if I'd never written it, and not even affording me any kind of response or explanation why, is beneath contempt.

I have several Apple products which I have trusted faithfully until now but if this is how Apple responds, I may well reconsider that position in the near future. The last thing I ever expected was a reputable software developer like Apple completely mangling the installation of an app, albeit on a competitor operating system. Worse than that, to respond the way it has.

Please, can I have some help and support on this issue instead?
