If you have the iPhone 6s Plus with the original battery, it may be time for a replacement given the age of the device.
You can check your battery health in Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

If you see your Battery Health at or below 80%, contact Apple Support or locate the nearest Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have your battery replaced:
