New I phone carrier
I bought a new ıphone today the person I wanted without a carrier but he choose the T mobile carrier I sad I wont use it in US but he sad taht it will not be any problem?

You did not receive honest information from the seller. Return the phone for a refund.
If you want to buy an "unlocked" phone, buy from Apple. Do not buy from AT&T, Verizon, T Mobile, etc.
