How do I fix Face ID not available iPhone 14 pro max

Most likley is Face ID disabled, and this is a hardware issue. Please update your iPhone to the latest iOS version supported by your device. And if this is not working, please Contact - Official Apple Support to set up hardware service.

I have the same problem on my iPhone 14 and I have the same problem on my iPhone iPhone XS that I had before this same thing says face recognition unavailable. I’m not sure what it is if it’s a glitch or whatever, but it’s something that Apple has not fixed and doesn’t seem to care about it when I bring it into the store help.
