Putting reachability on Back-tap only works with normal reachability turned on.

I have reachability turned off in settings because I don’t like the way it is activated. Instead I want to activate it with a triple backtap in the Accessibility > touch > back tap setting. I found out today that this only works when you have the normal reachability setting turned ON. I don’t think that is intended behaviour because that would be extremely weird.
