Error loading Numbers

I have macos Monteray 12.7 version. It says it's the most updated version.


When I try to load Numbers, it gives me an error because I am using too old a version.


What do I do? I have a fairly old laptop. Do I need to load a new os? Thank you.

It might be that your MacBook Pro doesn't support macOS Ventura.
