When I try to add my new card, I have this message (Your payment method is not valid in this Store. Please enter another one.)
And also If I try to Change country / region have this message (Any Store credit balance you have must be spent before changing Stores)
Please fix this problem for me, I have in balance 0,05 £ Help me reset it to zero, please.

If you want to clear your Apple Account balance, it is depending on the amount:
