Apple Music : Genius Update Error 4010

I've subscribed to Apple Music and have just performed a "Library Sync".

I turned on "Sync Library" in the Music app, the iCloud music library is loaded and information collection process has been completed, but after that the following error message appeared "Genius results can’t be updated right now. An unknown error occurred (4010)".


I've tried :

  • Restarting Genius
  • Turning off iCloud music library on my MacBook
  • Restarting my MacBook
  • Sign-out and Sign-in on the Music app
  • De-authenticate and re-authenticate my MacBook on the Music app


I do not currently use a VPN. I also tried with security software settings turned off, but the result did not change.

MacBook Air M1 (2020)

Sonoma 14.0


Any help or insight would be appreciated.
