Tips and Tricks for Using iCloud as primary photo storage

I’ve decided to switch from my beloved Flickr to iCloud Photos as my primary photo storage system due to video storing and because it seems like it would be easier.

Well, after several hours of uploading my photos as well as organizing my folders and albums on my Mac, it seems only the library syncs to iCloud.com. The folders are not syncing.

Ive followed all of the steps given in every tutorial I could find but still not syncing.
