Lost folders

I have moved emails to folders but now I can’t find the folders on my ipad

The tags appended to your post suggest that you have an iPad Pro with iPadOS14 installed.

Begin with updating your iPad to a current version of iPadOS - at time of writing, this being iPadOS 16.7.1, or for models that support the latest version - iPadOS 17.0.3.

Some older versions of iOS/iPadOS have a bug that prevents some mailbox folders from being displayed/accessed from the native Mail App.
