IPhone 13 Pro Max screen goes white

My iPhone 13 Pro Max unexpectedly turned white screen yesterday. There’s tons of others 13 pro/pro max users faced this issue too! I’ve visited an authorized Apple repair shop yesterday, and their staff mentioned it's a quality issue with the 13 Pro and 13 Pro Max but claimed they couldn't do anything without charging you for a screen replacement. They didn't seem inclined to report this to the main company and suggested many customers are handling it themselves. So, is Apple expecting customers to foot the bill for their quality problems, or are they implying that every iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max user must be a phone repair expert and learn magical repair methods online before being eligible to buy an iPhone?

Please provide us with an acceptable solution.

Troubleshooting a White iPhone Screen:

A. Perform a Swipe:

Try Swiping-Down from the top-right corner of your screen. See if that rids of this window. If not, I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop(because it was updating), or is simply frozen.

B. Stuck in a Boot Loop:

Your iPhone might be stuck in a boot loop. This typically occurs when you go about installing an update, and it go stalled while in the process. Use my User Tip: How to Fix an iPhone in a Boot Loop - User Tip
