GPS tracked alarm clock

Does anyone know if there is a way to have my alarm clock on my iPhone set to go off based on location?

Having to use long distance bus or trains, which never arrive or depart exactly to the timetable, there is always a risk of missing my stop if I have fallen asleep, especially on overnight journeys, if the stop is not at the end of the line. Currently, I set my alarm based on the estimated arrival time, but it would be nice to set it to go off once I arrive at the location (or maybe a few kilometres before), using GPS, as a more reliable and trustworthy alarm time?

Hi AJ-1985,

While alarms are not location based, you can set a Reminder that is location based by following Use Reminders on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. The doing this, make sure precise location is turned on Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

You can also look into making a Shortcut that is location based using the alarm app. Shortcuts are ways to action or automate tasks on your iPhone. Use the table of contents to learn more about them here: Shortcuts User Guide. Some resources from this user guide that can help:

Take care.
