My sisters iphone ?? is desabled im trying to erace it with cloud.com find my also its not working Because its in airplane mode and I cant do iTunes because I have a Chromebook please help!

If you have the device in your possession, you may use the options outlined at Erase iPhone to remove all data from it. If not possible to remove it from Airplane Mode you may have to borrow or gain access to a computer that can install iTunes or a Mac to complete that process.
Find My will not be able to send commands to a device that does not have a data connection.
If the device was lost or stolen, use the steps from Find your lost iPhone or iPad with Find My under section "If your iPhone or iPad is lost permanently or was stolen" to proceed.
