I am trying to sign into iTunes match on my Windows 10 PC and each time, I keep getting the message below. No matter how many times I try signing in, it's the same issue.

With regards to troubleshooting, here is what I've done thus far:

  • Signed out / back in to iTunes and iTunes match
  • Reinstalled iTunes
  • I do not have any other devices registered on my account.

Windows, Windows 10

Also try turning off 'iCloud music library' in general prefs before signing out. Once it reconnects, it should rebuild your albums and playlists.

Best of luck!
