Will I lose my iMovie projects if I delete and reinstall?

Deleting and reinstalling the iMovie app will not cause loss of your iMovie projects. However, deleting the iMovie library will cause loss of all projects and media. So you don't want to touch the library.

Of course, always safest to back up before deleting or reinstalling anything important.
