I am ignorant of things having to do with iMac and all Apple devices, but it seems that the 2019 iMac I bought in 2019 was full of bugs. I spent most of my time fixing things rather than just using the iMac. I read in a post that Apple sometimes sells "new" iMacs with older inerts. At that time maybe an iMac with a silicon chip would have been better than Intel?
At my level of knowledge I just want to start up my iMac without having to explore reasons why it is not working as it could possibly be.

That's nonsense. You can buy refurbished Macs from Apple, but they certainly aren't advertised as "new".
Where is the question I posed to the community about buying a new iMac?
