Using Macbook Air with Samsung DEX

There is a MacOS app called Samsung Dex that is supposed to connect the Macbook to a Samsung phone. I've been using this feature for years with my Samsung Note 10+ and its a great app that allowed seamless connection via USB-C or wirelessly. Unfortuntately after upgrading to a S23 Ultra, this app unable to connect them. Is there any way I can recover this DEX feature which I love so much? Thank you so much for any help.
