set up app, limits and downtime for my teenager. App limits routinely reset back to no limit randomly. Downtime seems OK although it also resets sometimes. I need to know how to fix or if my teenager is somehow doing something behind the scenes. I don’t think so because I have reset my password a few times. Anyone out there can help?

You do mention changing your "password" but we're not sure if you meant your Apple ID password or the Screen Time Passcode: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
