How can i change my phone number from my icloud account
My phone number is no longer avalible and i cant sign into my icloud account i want to know how i could change my phone number so i can log in

If you can't sign into your Apple ID, then you'd need to take these steps to recover it:
You'd need access to the account in order to change any details on it. Once you've regained access, then you can change the Apple ID with these steps: Change your Apple ID
If you can't regain access to the account with the above steps, then you'd need to start account recovery (if you were using two-factor authentication): How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password (Keep in mind, this is an automated process.
