I spilled coffee (w/cream and sugar) on my MacBook Air. It seems to be working after drying for a few days. However, the keys are sticky and I would like it to have a check up. Is this something they can do at the Genius Bar?

You need to have it checked by Apple - the liquid having gotten to the inside is far more concerning than the keys. Moisture and electronics do not mix. Start a repair ticket and take it in. Unless you have Applecare, the repair will not be free.
