midi keystation output not working

Hi,

Please can you help. Logic Pro x is detecting my keystation 49, but the keys are not sounding.

I have tried everything so it’s prob something really simple.

ive set up the midi to a software instrument and it’s armed and records the phantom keys but no sound.

My guitar tracks etc are all fine and these sounds are omitted via my focusrite interface to my pioneer stereo system.

when going on control surfaces I’ve set my input as keystation 49 and output as ‘all’ and I’ve tried other outputs too but nothing works.

also the drop down does not include ‘scarlet’ option as I wasn’t sure if I needed to try selecting that as output

**** I’ve even taken my keyboard apart but still not workinh. I contacted m audio but they said as it’s tecognuding data I needed to contact logic support?

please help !
