Can’t post on Apple Support Community from email reply notifications. When I try to post from an email notification reply from the Apple support community I get the red “try again in a few minutes”. So I tried logging in directly with a new question and I was able to post. This seems to be a iOS 17.0.3 issue.
The forums have nothing to do with an iOS update - the glitch is in the forum software.

No, it is just a happy coincidence that you had not encountered it previously. It has been occurring for far longer than the existence of iOS 17, or 16.

And, I figured out the problem with airdrop and Express VPN after the iOS 17.0.3 update when a level 10 could not.
