On WhatsApp there is an icon next to the time you are sending message that looks like an L inside a circle. Msgs are not going out nor coming in. What is that?

What’s App defect While using WhatsApp application, when I am in one user window if some other user sends multiple images then I keep getting popup for multiple times, I have to click on that many times to close the popup window. It’s very awkward and irritating for user as the dialog box is in loop. Can you plz address this defect at the earliest and let me know. Regards, Manuj Kumar
