My settings say that my software is updated but I still can't get into my chase.com accont.

Problem is on my mac laptop. I need to get in to pay my bills and keep track of my expenses. .

Chase has updated the list of browsers compatible with their website, probably for security reasons.


If you Mac cannot be updated to a more recent version of macOS, try using an alternate browser such as Firefox: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/.
