Didn't eliminate entirely BUT, completely useable now because I can see his eyes and it did knock the glare down about 50%!

The first suggestion was to see if it was possible to use a cut (or frame) that didn't reflect light on the glasses.
This is because you can reuse a cut in good condition for another scene by covering it with a mask.
