Apple Watch AssistiveTouch

I can’t seem to turn off AssistiveTouch on my Apple Watch running WatchOS 10.0.1. I have gone in to Settings on my watch and turned everything off, but I still get those double tap alerts. Is there a way to turn them off?

I tried that repeatedly, without success. I just noticed that in addition to the AssistiveTouch toggle there is an additional switch for Hand Gestures. It was set to ON and is now OFF. Maybe that will do the trick.

Hey kjwsr,

Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
Tap Accessibility, then tap AssistiveTouch.
Tap AssistiveTouch to turn it off, then tap OK to confirm (if prompted).
