That won't apply to an iPhone SE 2nd generation at all. Apple doesn't even sell motherboards for iPhone's which do qualify for self-service.

The entire phone has to be replaced. Apple or an authorized service provider will not replace the motherboard.
Honestly, I don’t see why you would go through the bother. May just be easier to get a new iPhone.
yes you're totally right they cover the iPhone SE 3rd gen and it's battery, speakers, display, camera sim tray and Taptic Engine. They do not cover the iPhone 15 series either...
Anyway my suggestion to Caspar127 is to (unfortunately), not even get close to a repair but buy a new iPhone
