Phone replacement

I would like to get my phone replaced. I am under consumer cellular phone company and they transferred me to apple care through the phone but I was having issues with customer service. My phone dropped, there isn’t a cracked screen but there’s a few little dents on the phone, and my speaker goes in and out when on the phone it’s hard for people to hear me at times but not all all the time.
