Question about MacBook battery.
Is it good to let my MacBook M2 plugged in all the time, because I use it as Desktop-setup. Or should I sometime let the battery go down to 20%? Ty :)
MacBook Pro 16″, 14.0

There is no need for you to micro manage the battery. You can leave the computer plugged in when necessary or convenient to do so. Leaving the computer plugged in will not damage the computer or the battery. And, leaving the computer plugged in reduces the rate of accumulation of battery cycles.
The MacOS manages the power/charging system very well.

If you google this, there seem to be two major opposing points of view on this.
I believe the battery should be exercised at least semi-regularly. The laptop is designed, after all, to be mobile device that relies on energy from the designed battery. Use the machine as designed.
If a laptop is always plugged in, then why on earth didn't one just buy a desktop computer.
Some will argue that the macOS battery software will "take care of it". I've replaced my share of mostly plugged in laptop batteries to be skeptical of this.
