I can’t find my purchase for storage which I am charged $.99 a month. I wanted to change something. It doesn’t show up. How can I find it?

The charge for iCloud storage is found and changed in the "Manage Account Storage" portion of the iCloud line of the Apple ID section in the Setting app. (The Apple ID section is the one at the top with your icon/image and name.)
