iPhone does not save video in h.264 format to the gallery

iPhone does not save video in h.264 format to the gallery. The problem is clearly on the phone’s side, because on other apple devices all videos are saved and played. Hard reboot does not help, there is enough memory

iPhone 13, iOS 17

Hey there artemlevchenkogg,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.

To get started, in Settings > Camera > Formats, do you have High Efficiency or Most Compatible selected here?

If not, try enabling this setting and test the issue again. If you choose Most Compatible, your iPhone should record all videos in the H.264 format. Having High Efficiency enabled here would record videos in the HEVC format.

Let us know if that's able to help.

Take care.
