Cant get to an appointment to pick up at store / Change day
I bought online new Iphone, set up an appointment to pick it up but cant make it that day. Need to change the day of pickup.

It doesn't matter if you can't make it you can go another day " If you miss your Pickup Window, you can still pick up your items after this point in the store" you can call the Apple support or the Apple Store to see how long your iPhone will be kept for collection
