I was making a formatting and making a bootable 64-bit W10 from

Win10_22H2_English_x64.iso into a PNY 64 USB flash stick in a 13" 2012

MBP's updated macOS Mojave v10.14.6. What's wrong?

Interesting. I couldn't open the W10 ISO file on my desktop since it said "resource busy". I rebooted and could open it, so I retried it. Now, it works (currently at the scary partitioning).
