After update to IOS16.7 my Ipad Pro first generation will not play sound on Instagram or radio stations

I have restarted my Ipad Pro First Generation with no results to obtain sound on radio stations, Spotify and Apple Music etc. Sound does appear on Texts, Mail. Have cleaned speakers. What is the next step please or is their a software update forthcoming.

It sounds like you're having trouble playing audio on your iPad. We can help.

Since you've tested in multiple apps and there doesn't seem to be any change, you can look into iPad Repair & Service next.
