Ever since updating my series 7 watch to OS 10, the ‘eject water’ feature is gone. If I hold in the side button, the ‘call emergency’ comes up. If I hold down the crown, it brings up Siri. If I scroll from the bottom, widgets comes up.
You should only have to briefly press the side button to call up Control Center. Don't press and hold it.
