Malware or virus on iphone after fake page redirrect

By mistake and carelessness, I accessed on Facebook, a link from a message on a fake page that was very similar to the real one from a contest.

OMV filling station was the correct name and I received a message from OMF filling station. After that they redirected me to another page and then an automatic sms message was sent from my phone and I was charged 3 euros for the playzone1 service. I have not added any other links. I checked with the Orange telephone operator and they are only intermediaries for payment and cannot unsubscribe. I made a request to unsubscribe to the game provider by phone and email.

I haven't noticed any other problems on the phone so far.

My question is if it was only redirection for that game/service or is it possible that it is on the phone, some virus or other malware or something else that causes other bad things?
