My airpods are blinking green when i charge them.

I have noticed this more than once actually, I just thought that this is normal since this my first time having an iOS device but when i actually did more digging, I was scared that this might be fake airpods since when people charge their airpods, It lights up amber but mine doesn’t. I also have noticed that when i open the charging case it lights up white and not green.

Hi AdrianRanches,

For information on the charging lights for AirPods, see Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life:

If your AirPods are in your case and the lid is open, then the light shows the charge status of your AirPods. When your AirPods aren't in your case, the light shows the status of your case. Green means fully charged, and amber means less than one full charge remains.

When you connect your case to a charger, or place your MagSafe Charging Case or Wireless Charging Case on a Qi-certified charging mat, the status light will stay on for 8 seconds. If the light flashes white, your AirPods are ready to set up with one of your devices. If the light flashes amber, you might need to set up your AirPods again.

You can use this article to check your AirPods model number Identify your AirPods and this one to check the service coverage using the serial number Check Your Service and Support Coverage.

Take care.
