iOS 16 and 17 notification animation bug

When swiping in the notification center, you can see how the animation is lagging. Interested in your opinion on this, and when will it be fixed??? This bug lasts since ios 16.1, how can you not see it?

iOS 18.2 notification issues on the home screen using my iPhone 16 pro on iOS 18.2 and I see things like this more often. Does anyone else experience any issues with notifications overlapping like this on their home screen?

How do I fix glitchy notifications on my iPhone 16 Pro Max? I’ve noticed on my 16 Pro Max that when I get notifications when watching videos on streaming app, YouTube, Prime Video, etc., that the cropping around the corners are glitchy and instead of being just round they are sharp and look strange.
