"your account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes"

hi guys, have some issues with downloading apps from App Store, always get only one message "your account has been disabled in App Store and iTunes" how to fix that problem? have tried some ways to solve that, but couldn't find any solution.. MacBook Pro 13 2019
