Uninstall Expired Webroot Help

I am trying to uninstall Webroot on my macOS Monterey MacBook Pro and am not able to. I have researched multiple ways to do this, but nothing has helped. I have an expired subscription and when I try to move to trash, it says "cannot be moved to trash because it is open". When I open the CONTENTS folder and try to move it to trash, it says "The operation can't be completed because you don't have permission to access some of the items". Please help me.

Please restart your Mac in "Safe Mode" and determine if you can uninstall it while in that mode:

Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

If that does not work you may need to ask its developer for help: Contact a third-party vendor - Apple Support. Be advised when I did that they could not help. I erased the Mac instead.
